Food : We recommend you send along food for your pets stay. For homecooked or raw diets we recommend you precook and measure into zip lock bags for each meal. Or if preferred we can provide our premium inhouse foods of either Taste of the Wild, Hills Science Diet, Royal Canin, Happy Dog at an additional cost of between RO 1 or 2 per day. Or you may Purchase food from our onsite pet store.

If your pet has a favorite bed or blanket please bring along. You can also bring along up to 2 toys and treats for your pet to have in their room. We use our own bowls for water and food, however if your dog has a special bowl you prefer they use then you are welcome to bring along.

Standard rooms – Each dog has their own private and spacious rooms with air- conditioning and access to their play/break area. Suites offer the feel of a living room experience with access all day to their own private outdoor area. Dogs have breaks and playtimes throughout the day starting from 5:30 am until lights out by 8:30 pm. Rates are RO 12 per night for standard rooms and RO 25 per night for a suite (suites are ideal for a multiple dog family). There is a discount for multiple dog families of Standard price for first pet and 25% off regular price for each additional pet) Prices do not include VAT.

We require a 50% deposit to secure bookings and the balance on check in. Any change in your reservation dates, please inform us as soon as possible to avoid any disappointments.

Refunds – 14 day cancellation policy with full refund. Nonrefundable under 14 day’s notice, any deposit will be credited to your account to be used towards your dog’s next stay with us.

For dogs 6 months plus who have never been away from their family or in boarding we prefer to do an assessment. For anxious dogs we may request the dog come for daycare prior to boarding to become acquainted with our team We encourage you and your pet to come and meet us and take a tour of our pet resort.

We offer a complimentary Lets get acquainted day for first time clients. Schedule a day to come and meet our team, have a tour and introduce your dog to a complimentary morning of fun at Jebel K9.

Pets with any obvious signs of illness will not be admitted unless the condition is not infectious and proof the pet is under the care of a veterinarian is presented. If we suspect any illness, we may request a health certificate from your veterinarian prior to accepting the dog for boarding.

We reserve the right to refuse any dog for boarding if overly aggressive or shows signs of extreme separation anxiety. We will evaluate such cases on a one to one basis and advise if the pet may require training by one of our professional behaviorists prior to acceptance for boarding.

Your dog will have a very active schedule during their stay with us with supervised play sessions and breaks throughout the day. Options include playing and socializing with other dogs, playing their favorite game with our kennel attendants, play in our splash pool, or you can request added activities and companion services and book our Luxury or Sports package.

We assess all dogs for their social behavior before we place them into a group. Dogs are placed into compatible groups based on temperament, personality, age and size. If your dog does not interact well with other dogs, we can offer socialization and/or behavior modification programs.

We understand how difficult it can be to be away from your pets and if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

Our staff are on duty from between 5 am to 8 pm to care for the needs of your pets. There are staff who live on premises and staff members are rotated for on call night duty and patrol.

We do offer pick up and drop off services. We require 48 hours notice.
